Applicant Qualification Criteria |
| Applicants:
Each and every adult 18 years of age or older must
complete the application and provide all information requested. Any fraudulent information
will immediately disqualify applicant. Application Fee: $30.00 per applicant. The fee is non-refundable, nor will it be credited toward the rent or security deposit. Address: Each applicant must list all addresses used for the last five years. Applicant must have 2 verifiable rental references from non-family or friends. Income: Income must be verifiable from paycheck stubs & written or verbal confirmation from employer. Self-employed applicants must submit tax returns to verify income. Credit: Applicant must have GOOD established credit. ANY EVICTIONS will disqualify applicant. Collections must be paid or you must be on a verifiable payment plan with the creditor. Maximum number of occupants: 2 people per bedroom, plus 1 person. A 3 bedroom house has a maximum occupancy of 7 people. All adults must sign the Rental Lease, Drug Free Housing Addendum and all addendum's and disclosures. All move-in monies must be made by Cashiers check. |
